INTRODUCTION
A staple in any woman’s autumn wardrobe, the brushed collection is a must-have for the cooler months (or even if the office AC is just too high). These midweight soft shirts come in the Classic style, which is the perfect everyday fit, sitting away from the body and just off the shoulders with a curved hem that hits just below the hips - and is perfect for tucking in. The collection is designed to be easy to throw on with or without thought, as with all of our shirts, so that you can style them to suit whichever woman you are that day - from the office to the garden to the pub - these shirts can suit your lifestyle.

MATERIAL
Our fine brushed material is made from 100% organic materials, primarily cotton which has been blended with natural materials; but its name refers to a process that occurs to the material, as it undergoes a ‘brushing’, where fine metal brushes carefully rub the fabric to produce fine fibres from the woven yarns, creating extra softness on the surface of the fabric. To make our Brushed collection, we have brushed both sides of the shirt to keep you extra cosy and ensure the fabric is super soft against the skin. SOURCING
WNU uses two factories in Portugal to weave and create our shirts. Our Production team specifically chose these places as following our auditing process they proved to hold the highest standard of ethical working standards. Our brushed collections are then all carefully cut and made by our team. The shirts are then transported to our warehouse in Kent where our team makes sure every customer receives their order.

STYLING
The fine brushed collection are the go-to shirts for transeasonal styling. Their cosy material is a dream to wear whilst not being too thick to tuck (we spent a lot of time working on that!) and our staple tailoring that we bring to every shirt helps keep this soft number elevated. Headed to the office? Tuck your shirt into a midi leather wrap shirt, completing the look with a heeled boot and a trench or wool coat (depending on what month you’re in); easy and effortlessly chic in 4 steps. If a casual day is calling though, simply chuck this shirt on loosely over some blue denim.
