New EU Brexit changes

Due to the recent Brexit regulation changes we have amended our website so that when you reach the final page at checkout, VAT will be deducted for all NON-UK addresses. Which means all International orders will simply pay local taxes and duties (if this applies) on arrival. All UK orders are as normal, VAT will appear as a breakdown on the cart page.

Bespoke Orders
Bespoke orders take 2 weeks plus your country's standard shipping time. We allow up to 2 weeks from placing your order to it being dispatched to you to allow for the embroidery to be completed. 
- Please note bespoke orders are non refundable/exchangeable.
- Bespoke orders incur a £5 delivery fee on top of your country's usual shipping cost; this fee is applied irrespective of the total order cost.
If you are ordering a bespoke shirt outside of the UK, the new VAT and customs changes will be applicable.

Customs & Taxes
Please be aware international deliveries will be subject to  import taxes, fees, levies once the order reaches the destination country. With Nothing Underneath has no control over any delays or charges and cannot predict if these might occur. Any charges must be paid by yourself, please check the email address you used to place your order, as customs normally contact you this way if necessary. You may wish to contact the relevant Customs authorities for clarification before placing an order.
 
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 1pm will usually be dispatched on the same day. If you need your order to be delivered on a certain day, or would like us to delay postage, leave us a message in the ‘notes’ area of the checkout page.

If you have paid via PayPal please leave 1-2 days for the transaction to clear, if you need next day delivery on your order please contact us directly and we can make arrangements.  Transit times are always given in working days, and can be subject to customs delays. For international orders we use DHL Express who give complete peace of mind with their tracked service. Please provide your mobile number when prompted at the checkout, as this will ensure that you receive delivery information and additional options via SMS as well as email.
 
Returns

We hope that you’re happy with your new purchase, but we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite perfect. You can return any unworn items to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, or within 28 days for an exchange. Simply fill out the return form in your box and post your item(s) to:

All items must be unworn and sent back folded in the original packaging. 

Please note that With Nothing Underneath is unable to refund any postage costs. We suggest goods be sent back to us using a registered/trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods which are lost or damaged in transit. Please note, we do not refund shipping costs/duties and taxes incurred, nor do we cover the charge for parcels being sent back to us, with the exception of goods that are faulty. UK exchanges will be delivered free of charge. For international customers we will charge a delivery fee to send out an exchange item. 

All international returns should clearly state the package is a return on the outside of the parcel, to avoid further duty charges when returning goods.

All returns will be processed within 4-7 working days.

Faulty Goods
Please note, returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered. We take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before dispatching. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Similarly, we cannot accept responsibility for garments that have been damaged during washing if our wash instructions have not been followed. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us about the fault.

If we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to your card to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred at the time of sale. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days and are subject to regulations.
