DELIVERY & RETURNS

Following the escalation of sanctions against Russia and the seriousness of the armed conflict in Ukraine, our warehouse will no longer be able to provide courier or freight services to customers in Russia or Belarus until further notice.Please note this suspension of services will take effect immediately and any packages already in transit will be returned to the sender where possible.

ORDERS

Please ensure that you include both your contact phone number and email address when placing orders, so we can let you know when your order is being shipped.

Orders placed before 1pm will usually be dispatched on the same day. If you need your order to be delivered on a certain day, or would like us to delay postage, leave us a message in the ‘notes’ area of the checkout page.If you have paid via PayPal please leave 1-2 days for the transaction to clear, if you need next day delivery on your order please contact us directly and we can make arrangements.

DELIVERY

Transit times are always given in working days and can be subject to customs delays. For international orders we use DHL Express who give complete peace of mind with their tracked service. Please provide your mobile number when prompted at the checkout, as this will ensure that you receive delivery information and additional options via SMS as well as email.

RETURNS

Our returns period is 28 days from the date of delivery. Please neatly fold and repackage your unworn shirt back into the WNU box and note on your returns form how you would like your return to be processed (i.e. refund, exchange).

UK (including Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, UK Islands, Jersey and Guernsey)

Free for orders over £150.

VAT

20% VAT is collected at point of sale.

Returns

All UK returns are free. Simply go to https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/5073  and follow the instructions provided to return your items.

European Union

DPD (all EU countries except Cyprus and Malta) 2 to 5 working days* - £18

VAT, Customs & Taxes

From 1st July 2021, the European Union VAT regulations have changed for online sales:

        1. All orders under 150 (incl. shipping costs) will now be subject to VAT at point of sale (applicable VAT rate based on final destination). Please note an additional £2 fee has been included to cover the compliance costs of the new EU VAT regulations. The total cost of your order will be visible at checkout, with no further customs charges. An additional benefit is a quick customs release, speeding up order receipt.
        2. All orders over 150 (incl. shipping costs) will not be subject to VAT at point of sale, but VAT will be charged by each respective country upon the goods arrival, together with further customs charges. With Nothing Underneath has no control over any delays or charges and cannot predict if these might occur. Any charges must be paid by yourself, please check the email address you used to place your order, as customs normally contact you this way if necessary. You may wish to contact the relevant Customs authorities for clarification before placing an order.

Returns

All items must be unworn and sent back folded in the original packaging.

Please note that With Nothing Underneath is unable to refund any postage costs. We suggest goods be sent back to us using a registered/trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods which are lost or damaged in transit. Please note, we do not refund shipping costs/duties and taxes incurred, nor do we cover the charge for parcels being sent back to us, with the exception of goods that are faulty. All exchanges are delivered free of charge.

All international returns should clearly state the package is a return on the outside of the parcel, to avoid further duty charges when returning goods.

FAULTY GOODS

Please note, returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered, and communicated to the team within the first week of receipt. We take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before dispatching. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

Similarly, we cannot accept responsibility for garments that have been damaged during washing if our wash instructions have not been followed. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us about the fault.

If we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to your card to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred at the time of sale. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days and are subject to regulations.
