Returns & Exchanges

  • Return items within 14 days of receipt, unworn and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Refunds are processed within 10 working days of warehouse receipt
  • A confirmation email will be sent once refund is processed
  • Shipping, duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Embroidery pieces are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. 

UK Returns


In-Store Returns

  • London store accepts in-person returns up to 14 days post purchases or delivery for in-store or online orders: 47 Elizabeth St, London, SW1W 9PP
  • Same-day processing for store returns
  • Do not mail returns to store address
  • Please note that if you made your purchase in-store, this can not be returned to our warehouse and will need to be returned at the store

International Returns

  • Return items within 14 days of receipt, unworn and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Refunds are processed within 10 working days of warehouse receipt
  • Generate return label at Global-E Returns Portal
  • Include order number with # symbol when using Global-E system
  • Mark package as "RETURN" to avoid additional duties
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from refund
  • If you would like to exchange for an alternative size or same value product, simply send your order back to us through Global-e, noting on your returns form the item you would like to exchange. Our warehouse team will do the rest and you will be notified by email when your exchange is processed
  • International return shipping rates:
    • EU: €10
    • USA: $8-$14
    • Switzerland: CHF10
    • Australia: AU$20
    • Canada: CA$10

Important Notes

  • Monogrammed/embroidery items cannot be returned unless faulty
  • Gifted items will be refunded to original payment method
  • Report faulty items immediately upon delivery to hello@withnothingunderneath.com
  • Late returns (after 14 days) may be accepted for store credit only
  • Damage from incorrect washing or wear and tear is not covered and will be returned back to the customer. (Wear and tear includes any items that are soiled, stained/marked or have perfume odours, have pulled/ snagged or bobbled fabrics).

Check your return status at Global-E Tracking Portal using your order number (including order #).
