● Responsible for the commercial performance of the store, driving forward sales, and achieving company objectives
● Building customer profiles and nurturing relationships with VIP clients.

● Working with the Founder, Head of Marketing and relevant stakeholders to define retail goals and procedures
● Lead and manage the store team, including recruitment, development, coaching, and well-being
● Maintaining appropriate staffing levels within budget
● Ensuring an outstanding experience for 100% of visitors to our store
● Maintain appropriate stock levels in your shop and ensure exceptional standards in housekeeping and visual merchandising
● Maintaining the security of the premises, stock, and all monies
● Being hands-on and ready to take on any task that may be required for the effective running of the store/or wider business
● Proactively developing experiments and insights to inform how we can improve what we do and how we do it
NOTE: The role is full-time and will require you to work weekends, evenings, and some public holidays as needed
Requirements
Experience
● 2-4 years of experience in retail as a manager
● CRM experience
● Experience managing people and a natural role model
● Demonstrable experience delivering exceptional customer experience and business results
● Demonstrable experience selling products requiring specialist knowledge
● Experience recruiting, training and developing a team
● A willingness to embrace demonstration-based sales techniques
● Experience in driving business KPI’s, staff planning, inventory etc.
● Excellent communication skills and merchandising abilities – including the capacity to converse warmly and effortlessly with customers
