Logistics Coordinator

WNU is looking for someone who is motivated and passionate about being a part of a fashion start-
up. The candidate must be organised and have attention to detail. This role is predominantly within
the Production and Logistics department but will also provide general support to the whole team when

Your responsibilities
Warehouse and shipping management:
- Main contact to our logistics partner, ensuring communication and processes are optimised
- Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs
- Review and recommend optimal transport modes, routes or frequency
- Highlight problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports or
customer issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and cost optimisation
- Help identify savings by removing waste or unnecessary steps in the logistics process
- Ensure IT systems in place are effective, maintained and accurate
- Ensure metrics, reports, and process documentation is available
- Main shipping contact to our suppliers and wholesalers to ensure all shipping paperwork is in pace

Stock Management:
- Ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy and manage stock movements with the help of
direct reports
- Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records
- Keep track of slow moving and obsolete stock

Wholesale / Third Party:
- Entering of orders into our system (Zedonk)
- Issuing of order confirmations / proforma’s etc.
- Regular Communication with the production team ensuring the production meets the delivery
- Liaise with the wholesale teams once shipment is ready to arrange for delivery

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent based in London. Please only apply if you are happy to commute to
central London.Salary: £25,000.00 - £28,000.00 per year.

Junior Style Advisor

About the Role

Due to exceptional and exciting business growth since opening our flagship store we are looking to recruit a junior Style Advisor to join our London store. The WNU Style Advisor will be experienced in providing outstanding luxury service, driving sales and building strong relationships with all clients.

Your responsibilities

- Delivering best in class customer experience with the ability to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships.

- Be a Brand Ambassador, communicating features and benefits of merchandise beyond the basics, current fashion trends, and suggestive selling techniques, to appeal to the customer’s needs, and ultimately generate sales.

- Confident in hosting a personal shopping appointment

- Ability to manage basic store operations: processing shipment/transfers in a timely manner, merchandising goods on sales floor, maintaining perfect visual standards, aware of inventory/shortage concerns, communicate replenishment needs.

- Confident with styling and outfit building

- Understanding GDPR and using customer databases

- Communicative in relaying customer feedback to Manager

- Able to provide customer solutions

- Awareness of opening and closing duties

- Contributing necessary insight

- Handling refunds and client issues

- Ensure visual merchandising meets standards

- Replenishing stock

- Reporting missed sales

- Deliveries & recalls

- General inventory processes

- Schedule flexibility and dependability


1 - 2 years of prior high end retail experience.
Proven ability to achieve sales goals and create productive client relationships.
