• Please note that lost or stolen parcels should be reported to hello@withnothingunderneath.com as swiftly as possible so that our team a raise a claim directly with the courier and resolve this for you ASAP. For all Royal Mail orders, claims can be raised within 30 calendar days for Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 orders. For lost, damaged or delayed FedEx orders, file your claim within 21 calendar days from the delivery date. For non-delivery or missed delivery, file your claim within 9 months from the shipment date.
