About The Role
As a Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
You will lead and develop a passionate team, manage inventory and visual merchandising, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed financial targets.
This role is integral to bringing WNU’s brand vision to life, ensuring the store operates efficiently and customers leave with a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
● Customer Experience
○ Create a welcoming and luxurious shopping environment that aligns with WNU’s brand values.
○ Ensure the team delivers exceptional service, fostering customer loyalty through personalized interactions and expert product knowledge.

○ Ensure displays are updated regularly to reflect current trends, promotions, and seasonal collections.

The Role
Based in London, we are seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about being a part of a fashion start-up. The candidate must be organised, have attention to detail, a problem-solving attitude and a creative eye. This role will have a focus on Product Development but will also involve helping the general Production department when needed.
Responsibilities and Duties
This is a full-time role at our office in Southwest London. The candidate will report to the Product Developer/ Head of department.
• Assisting with daily management and organisation of development samples.
• CAD work, helping with seasonal CADs and tech pack creation.
• Assisting with the seasonal organisation both digitally and physically within the studio.
• Taking part and helping with fittings.
• Working day to day with the design and product development team to oversee the full design/development process.
Essential Skills and Requirements
To be considered for the role of Product Development Intern, the successful candidate must:
• Be a student at university requiring a work placement as part of their degree.
• Be proficient in Adobe Suite; most notably Illustrator and Photoshop
• Have a good understanding of Microsoft Office.

The Social Content Creator will be working collaboratively with the wider digital and marketing team. About The Role
As a Marketing Coordinator for WNU, you will provide essential support to the Brand and Marketing team in their day-to-day operations, assisting with event production, shoot production, marketing research and reporting and representing the Brand. Reporting to the Marketing Manager for events and marketing and the Creative Director & Founder for shoot logistics, the role is focused on helping to bring WNU’s brand to life through marketing initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, growing fashion company.
- Prepare case studies for the Brand book to show best in practice collaborations and launches eg: WNU x Bellamy Jean, WNU pop up in Gleneagles Townhouse, etc.
- Support the Senior Brand Manager and Founders strategies and initiatives, including the project coordination, logistics and the implementation of all new product launches and focuses.
- Support across all events: in store, pop-ups, customer and press (when required) to support the assistant. To include research, event production, ensuring the smooth running of operations, represent the WNU brand in front of customers and external partners and creating post event reports, reviewing against event KPIs and including an overview, imagery, UGC, social, customer acquisition, sales, event cost.
- Support the Creative Director & Founder and Junior Social and Content Manager in booking all logistics for photoshoots; creating call sheets, booking transport, booking the team, tracking costs.
Essential Skills and Requirements

• Have 2-3 years relevant experience (from a creative background, beneficial if within a small company previously).
