The Role

As a Store Assistant, you will be a key part of the WNU team, providing excellent customer service, supporting daily store operations, and maintaining high visual standards.

You will help ensure every customer feels valued and supported while contributing to the store success by achieving individual and team sales goals.

 

Customer Experience:

- Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to every customer.

- Assist customers with product selections, offering styling advice and detailed product information to enhance their shopping experience.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Sales Support:

- Support the team in achieving sales targets by delivering exceptional service and promoting upselling opportunities.

- Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.

- Assist in executing in-store promotions and events to drive sales and engagement.

Visual Merchandising:

-Maintain high visual and presentation standards, ensuring the store is clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.

- Support the team in setting up displays and replenishing inventory to reflect WNU’s brand aesthetic.                                                          

 

Operational Tasks:

- Assist with stock management, including unpacking deliveries, organizing stockrooms, and conducting inventory checks.

- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.

HEAD OFFICE VACANCIES

Product Development Intern

Full Time: (5 Days a week)
Location: Battersea, London

The Role

Based in London, we are seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about being a part of a fashion start-up. The candidate must be organised, have attention to detail, a problem-solving attitude and a creative eye. This role will have a focus on Product Development but will also involve helping the general Production department when needed.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

This is a full-time role at our office in Southwest London. The candidate will report to the Product Developer/ Head of department.

• Assisting with daily management and organisation of development samples.

• CAD work, helping with seasonal CADs and tech pack creation.

• Assisting with the seasonal organisation both digitally and physically within the studio.

• Taking part and helping with fittings.

• Working day to day with the design and product development team to oversee the full design/development process.

 

Essential Skills and Requirements

To be considered for the role of Product Development Intern, the successful candidate must:

• Be a student at university requiring a work placement as part of their degree.

• Be proficient in Adobe Suite; most notably Illustrator and Photoshop

• Have a good understanding of Microsoft Office.

• Capable of multitasking and handling a broad range of responsibilities across departments.

• Be organised and methodical in their work.

• Have a positive, can-do attitude, with great interpersonal skills.

This is an internship for students requiring industry experience as part of their placement year.

Social Content Creator  

 

We have an exciting opportunity at With Nothing Underneath for a creative social content creator to join our team and help shape our digital channel. The successful candidate will be instrumental in bringing our products to life through engaging, platform-native content that resonates with our growing community. Working as part of our digital and marketing team, you will help grow the visual storytelling of WNU across our social channels.

 

Overview

The Social Content Creator will be working collaboratively with the wider digital and marketing team. This role will focus on creating authentic, engaging content that showcases WNU's shirting, knitwear, trousers and outerwear collections. As one of The Times 100 fastest growing companies in the UK, we are looking for someone who combines creative flair with social media savvy to capture our brand's essence and translate it into content that educates, inspires and connects with our audience. You'll bring a natural understanding of what works on Instagram,YouTube and TikTok, turning product features into shareable moments and customer insights into content opportunities.

Responsibilities and Duties

Content Creation

  • Shoot and edit original social content across Instagram (Reels, Stories, Posts), YouTube, and TikTok

  • Transform product features into engaging educational content (styling guides, fabric education, fit tutorials, care instructions)

  • Convert customer questions, feedback and reviews into shareable, relatable content that drives engagement

  • Identify and jump on emerging trends, adapting them authentically for our brand

  • Create behind-the-scenes content showcasing our design process and craftsmanship

  • Collaborate with our in-house videographer on longer-form content projects

Strategy & Community

  • Monitor social conversations and identify content opportunities from community insights

  • Stay ahead of platform updates and best practices across Instagram, YouTube and TikTok

  • Contribute to content calendar planning and campaign ideation

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Native understanding of Instagram, YouTube and TikTok - you know what works because you're already creating it

  • Confidence shooting and editing content using mobile and/or camera equipment

  • Ability to translate product details into compelling social narratives

  • Understanding of fashion content that resonates with audiences

  • Self-starter mentality with ability to move quickly from idea to execution

Junior Finance Data Analyst  

 

We have an exciting opportunity at With Nothing Underneath within our finance and commercial department. We’re looking for a commercially minded Data Analyst with experience in DTC consumer behavior, regional trend analysis, and performance marketing insight, particularly across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). You’ll play a pivotal role in translating marketing and customer data into clear commercial strategies ensuring stock and marketing decisions are timely and effective.

Responsibilities and Duties

Consumer & Behavioural Insight

  • Analyse customer shopping patterns, cohort behavior, and buying cycles across regions.

  • Identify retention drivers and drop-off points in the purchase journey.

Regional & Market Trend Analysis

  • Track and interpret demand and engagement trends by country, city, or region.

  • Identify under- and over-performing markets and highlight regional opportunities.

  • Support market entry or localisation strategies with data-led recommendations.

Monthly and quarterly Meta Ads & Performance Marketing Analytics

  • Evaluate Meta ad performance (reach, conversion, ROAS) and how different audiences react.

  • Link creative and messaging to downstream customer behavior and purchasing decisions.

  • Work closely with the paid media team to iterate and improve campaign targeting.

Stock & Commercial Planning

  • Align demand trends with stock availability and future buying decisions.

  • Provide data-led recommendations for reorders or sell-through strategies.

  • Help forecast demand spikes related to marketing activity, seasonality, and regional surges.

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Create dashboards and deliver weekly/monthly reports to support trading and marketing decisions

  • Translate insights into actionable strategies for senior leadership.

  • Work closely with e-commerce, CRM, and finance teams to ensure data consistency and value extraction.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years in a data or performance analyst role, ideally in DTC or fashion/retail.
  • Highly curious and proactive in exploring data to find opportunities

  • Strong experience analysing Meta ad data (Business Manager, Ads Reporting, etc.).

  • Solid understanding of e-commerce and consumer journey analytics.

  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets

  • Ideally experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.

  • Strong communicator who can distil complex data into clear commercial insights.

  • Collaborative mindset to work across teams

  • Experience in BI tools like Power BI and Looker
