To bring you your favourite pieces faster and more sustainably, we're upgrading our warehouse.

During this time, there will be a short pause in dispatching your orders and returns.

 

Important dates

26^th August, 12pm (BST): All orders placed before midday will ship as usual.

After 12pm (BST) on 26^th August until 1^st September: Dispatches paused.

2^nd September: Dispatches resume from our new warehouse

 

UK ORders

Order by 12pm (BST) on 26^th August to avoid any delays

Orders placed after this will ship from 2^nd September with complimentary express delivery to ensure your order arrives by 5^th September at the latest.

 

International Orders

Order by 12pm (BST) on 26^th August to avoid any delays.

Orders placed after this will dispatch from 2^nd September. Please allow an additional 7 working days beyond our standard 5-7 day window.

 

Returns

Returns will be processed within 21 days from arrival at our warehouse. We will look to prioritise this for you as swiftly as possible.

 

Embroidery

Due to our warehouse move, embroidery is paused until the end of September.

Please visit our Elizabeth Street Belgravia store where embroidery continues to be available.
