For accurate measurements, we would advise going to a tailor. However, to get an estimation, follow the below guidelines;
Chest - Measure at the fullest part of your chest, underarm point to underarm point
Shoulder Across - Place the tape at the tip of shoulder measure across to the other.
Centre Back Length - Measure centre back neck, vertically down to centre back hem.
Sleeve Length - Place the tape at the tip of your shoulder and measure straight across your arm to to cuff.
Hem Width - Place the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips.
All of our shirts are designed with a slightly looser fit, sitting just off the shoulders and away from the body. For a true to size fit you should take your usual size, for exaggerated oversized look we suggest sizing up two sizes.
As all of our shirts are designed to be a slightly loose fit, so if you are between sizes you will actually be able to go for either of the sizes you are between, they will just have a different style.
For example, if you are a UK 10, you sit between our XS and S. If you were looking for a more tailored, close fitted shirt, then we would recommend you go for the XS. If you were wanting a more loose and relaxed fit though, we would tell you to go for the S.

e-Gift Cards can be bought directly here, you just need to pick your desired amount. The e-Gift Card will then automatically be delivered to the email address specified.
You can use your e-Gift Card for 12 months from the date of purchase, after which any remaining balance will be cancelled and the card will become invalid. WNU e-Gift Cards can only be used on WNU’s website, not on any stockists, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo code. To use your e-Gift Card, simply enter your e-Gift Card code at the checkout.
Yes! If you are interested in a shirt but it is sold out in your size, then look for the blue button on the product page, which says: ‘Email Me When Available’. As soon as the shirt is restocked you will be first to know.
Shipping & Returns
We cannot amend your order details once you have placed your order (if you placed it before 1pm as these are usually dispatched the same day). However, if you do notice you have made a mistake please do email as soon as you notice the error and we will see what we can do.
If you entered the wrong details, please contact us as soon as you notice in the confirmation email. If the parcel has not been dispatched, we will be able to change your details before it is sent. Please note; we cannot change any details once your order has been dispatched! Also, If you need your address changed, you may be charged to send the parcel out again to the correct address.
If you decide that you no longer want your WNU order, you can cancel your order by emailing email@example.com. Please note; If your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order, we advise you send the order back to us once you receive it for a refund.

Your shirt will be delivered in it’s own 100% organic cotton pouch or bag (dependent on the shirt) that is intended to be reused. This will then be posted to you in a recycled cardboard box, which we kindly ask that you reuse or recycle.

When your order is delivered depends on which shipping method you chose and/or what country your parcel is being delivered to. You can find our estimated shipping times on our website. Once your parcel has left our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email which will include a tracking number so that you can see where your parcel is and what day it is estimated to arrive. We recommend that you fill in your phone number as well as your email at the checkout so that you can easily receive updates regarding the delivery of your order.
Our returns period is 28 days from date of delivery. Please neatly fold and repackage your unworn shirt and note on your returns form how you would like your return to be processed (i.e. refund, exchange). Then simply click here, and follow the instructions provided to return your items.
Please allow up to 7 working days for all returns to be processed from the date our warehouse receives your return.
If you send your parcel back to us via a trackable service, you will be able to see the date your parcel arrives at our warehouse and will be able to work out the latest date you will hear from us. For example, if we receive your parcel back on a Monday, you will hear from us by the following Wednesday.
We diligently check all of our products and would never knowingly send you anything that is faulty. If, however, you do notice a fault with your shirt, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately, with details of the issue along with images and we will get back to you as soon as we can to see what we can do to help.
VAT will be deducted for all NON-UK and NON-EU addresses. Which means all International orders will simply pay local taxes and duties (if this applies) on arrival. All UK orders are as normal, VAT will appear as a breakdown on the cart page.
From 1st July 2021, the European Union VAT regulations have changed for online sales. Therefore all orders under €150 will now be subject to VAT at point of sale (applicable VAT rate based on final destination). Please note an additional £2 fee will be included to cover the compliance costs of the new EU VAT regulations. The total cost of your order will be visible at checkout, with no further customs charges. An additional benefit is a quick customs release, speeding up order receipt.
WNU is unable to predict what, if any, charges are incurred when your parcel arrives in the destination country (outside of the UK and EU). WNU also has no control over any delays caused by customs charges. Any incurred charges must be paid by the customer. As international deliveries are subject to customs & tax, we would recommend contacting the relevant customs authorities for clarification on what you can expect to pay.

Make sure you clearly write ‘RETURN’ on the outside of your parcel, then please post these back to our warehouse (With Nothing Underneath c/o ILG, Unit 25 The Birches Industrial Estate, East Grinstead, RH19 1XZ); we recommend sending this back via a trackable service as WNU cannot be held responsible for any damaged or lost parcels being sent back to us.
If you are looking for an exchange, please write which shirt you are sending back and which shirt you are wanting to exchange for, clearly stating the shirt type, colour and size. Once processed, we will send this back out to you free of charge.
If you are looking for a refund, please write which shirt you are sending back, state you are looking for a refund and the reason code.
Characters include letters from the standard Latin alphabet and full stops. For example, four characters would either be four letters or two letters with full stops i.e 'PAMD’ or ‘P.D.’ At this time we are unable to offer special characters, letters from other alphabets or emojis.
With the exception of a standard heart, you cannot use an emoji in a bespoke order placed through our website. If you would like to include an emoji in your monogram, however, please email us your bespoke request separately.
You can currently get any of our shirts embroidered with the exception of Silks and Cabana Styles.
Bespoke orders take 1-2 weeks plus your country's standard shipping time. We allow up to 1-2 weeks from placing your order to it being dispatched to you to allow for the embroidery to be completed. If you order another non-bespoke shirt in the same order, please note that they will arrive together. If you do not wish to wait this long for the standard shirt then please place separate orders.
We do not offer this as standard, but if this is something you would like then please email us your bespoke request separately and we can definitely arrange this for you.
Bespoke orders are non exchangeable, unless in the case where the shirt is faulty or damaged. If you notice a fault with your bespoke shirt, please email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your parcel, with details of the issue along with images and we will get back to you as soon as we can to see what we can do to help.

Yes! The only difference will be a slightly longer delivery time subject to where you are in the world and the new VAT and customs changes will be applicable.
You will receive a welcome email shortly after sign up from email@example.com with your special code enclosed. There is sometimes a small delay between receiving your confirmation email and the email containing your discount code.
