Featuring a high waist and wide leg, this no stretch denim jean is a close fit for a real cinch at the waist before flaring out into cut that hits the floor. Exceptionally tailored to create length and feel flattering, they can be styled with a shirt tucked in, or a simple jersey tee for a relaxed look.

How They Fit
For a close fit take your usual size. Size up one for a looser fit or two sizes for a more boy-ish, relaxed fit. If you are between sizes, we suggest taking the size up.

The Bessette Top
A playful addition to an everyday wardrobe. Crafted from soft jersey cotton in a slightly oversized, slouchy shape, the Bessette’s ribbed collar and cuffs pull out a polished frame from the relaxed fit.
The Boyfriend Exaggerated Cuff
A contemporary take on the classic striped shirt with a fine double stripe in rich red, while the big cuffs and relaxed fit add bold, modern proportions.
The Jura Cardigan
The antidote to indecision. This little black cardigan (LBC) is made from the softest 100% yak wool, cut in a slim-fit shape that elevates any look with a structured silhouette.
Wearing your jeans for the first time
The denim used for our Fawcett jeans has been carefully sourced for quality and durability.
This naturally rigid 100% cotton denim is likely to feel cinched initially but, with wear, they’ll shape to your body nicely – looking and feeling better with every wear.
With this in mind, we suggest to expect them giving a little with the first wear.
About the fit
Every seam, rivet and rise has been carefully considered in each of our jean styles and the Fawcett are no exception.
A classic 1970s cut complete with a high waist and wide leg to the floor, these jeans are crafted from rigid denim, designed to hold up wear after wear.
When worn true to size they feel nicely cinched at the waist, then shaping to your body while maintaining an excellent fit over time. In short, they feel better with every wear.
For a more relaxed look, you can size up and wear them loose too.
