Product Care

To care for your Yak wool pieces, we recommend airing where possible and reducing the washing as much a possible. When needed, hand wash gently in cold water, but do not wring or twist. Avoid direct sunlight, and never tumble dry.

After washing, reshape it whilst damp to maintain the original fit then lay flat to dry ensuring to flip periodically so it dries evenly.

To avoid stretching or misshaping, always store your knitwear folded and never on a hanger.

Ironing is optional due to the relaxed nature of the product. If you do wish to press it, we recommend using a steamer on a low setting. If using an iron, use low heat, iron inside out, and finish with steam.

Please avoid using harsh chemicals such as stain removers as this can alter and ruin the natural yarn colour.
